Introudction of ESP packer
The ESP Packer is a hydraulic set, Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) production packer,with secondary bores for ESP feed through cable and optional chemical feed through lines. This Production Packer is used in electric pump production well.
The ESP packer provides three strings channel. The primary string serves as a channel for producing fluid, secondary string for air release valve installation and third string for cable traversing. This packer is available with a variety of tubing connections.The packer features a sequential upper slip release system designed to release each slip individually to reduce the pull required to release .
Features of ESP packer
- The ESP packer will change the retrieving tensile strengthby different shear rings. So that the shear release value adjustable without disassembly
- Main body of ESP packer is short which is easily to make a trip operation.
- The ES packer suits for higher pressure differential and larger bore sizes.
- Materials of main body includes AISI4140, 4340, 13Cr
- The setting pressure of ESP is 2500psi and reliable seal can be realized.
- The ESP can reach 5000 psi Working pressure.
