Introudction of Tubing tester Valve
The Tubing Tester valve is a full opening test valve that allows the drill stem test string to be pressure
tested at any depth while running in the hole.The tubing tester valve is operated after it is stung into a permanent packer or a retrievable packer is set. The tubing tester valve primarily consists of flapper valve and spring, shear pin section and locking dogs.
Two sized of the tubing tester valves are available : 3 7/8" for slim hole and 5" for the cased hole, and the valve is made of alloy steel and Inconel steel can be served in standard DST operation and Full H2S well testing service

What kind of test will done to check the tubing tester valve
Test Condition:
- No sands and dust in the place of production depositary.
- Temperature:0~35℃
Test requirment:
* Inner sealing Testing
Attach testing caps on top and bottom of tools, bleed off air in the tool by increasing pressure from bottom, increasing pressure upto 105Mpa gradually, Closed the check valve on testing cap, keep the pressure 15 minutes, check if pressure drop, leakage.
* Flapper valve sealing testing
Attach testing caps on top and bottom of tools, bleed off the air in tools, increase pressure gradually upto 105Mpa,keep pressure for 15 minutes.
* Tools function Testing
Install 6pcs shear pins into tool, increasing pressure from circulating port in pressure housing upto 22.2+-1Mpa, shear pins sheared, the mandrel move upward, increasing pressure again upto 70Mpa, keep the pressure, the flapper valve open fully, locking block locked, check if pressure drop, leakage.
